      Each piece is custom hand-made. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to ship. 

      Once shipped, delivery within:

      • USA: UPS Standard: 2-7 Business Days; FedEx Expedited: 1-3 Business Days (Excluding Sundays)
      • Canada: 5-10 Business Days
      • UK & Europe: 3-7 Business Days
      • Australia & New Zealand: 8-10 Business Days
      • Rest of the World: 5-14 Business Days
      • NOTE: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes

             

            Shipping & Returns

            NOTE: 

            Customers have 24 hours after placing the order to make changes to the shipping address, product, variant or cancel the order. 

            If the order has entered the shipping process, or the package is already in USPS possession, moving within the network, we cannot make any changes anymore. 

            Please note that our chosen carriers, UPS and FedEx, do not deliver to PO Box addresses. We kindly request you to provide a physical address.

             

            How long does it take to receive my product?

            The estimated delivery time is mentioned on each product page. 

            The processing time for orders is 2-5 business days. 

            As a general rule, USA orders arrive in 7-10 days, and international orders take 2-6 weeks to arrive depending on delivery location.

            Please keep in mind that during edition launches, holidays or high demand product this time may vary.

            All Personalized Custom Products: jewelry, watches, mugs, t-shirts are printed and customized in USA. Therefore, all these personalized products ship from USA using Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) and Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days).

            However, during holidays and high demand products, some Plush Toys Only we also ship directly from our manufacturer because of the supply chain challenges. The shipping time is mentioned on each product page.

            Delivery Guarantee

            While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur.

            Please check your shipping address carefully! 

            We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. If you, the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, then there is no re-delivery service for your order. Postal and delivery services will not forward your package.

            Domestic orders: we are not responsible for any shipping delayed deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences (hurricane, tornado, storms, etc), and ground transportation strikes or delay.

            International orders: we are not responsible for any shipping delayed deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from EMS, DHL, USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

            Packages by EMS, DHL, USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

            How can I track my order?

            You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.

            Orders can be tracked at:

            However, note that most of the time, the tracking system will display more information only after the package is collected by the carrier.

            So, if you can’t track your parcel, the reason might be simply because no data available in the system yet, your order hasn’t been confirmed yet.

            The logistics provider’s tracking system is updated every time when a parcel is scanned in a local depot.

            If you don’t see any new information, just check again later. It might be that your parcel is still in transit and hasn’t reached yet a new depot.

            Lost or Stolen Packages

            If the package shows delivered to your address, but you did not get it, you must contact our support within 2 weeks.

            - Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.

            - If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available or refund.

            If you cannot track your package, please notify us. We will use our tracking system to identify your package. If we will not be able to track the package too, it's more likely the package was lost and we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.

            - It normally takes 5 to 7 business days to resolve the claim.

            - We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer. These orders will not be re-submitted (resend order).

            Payment Information 

            We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. 

            Our refund/return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
