All shipping times can fluctuate occasionally for various reasons, including larger volumes of packages processed than normal or delays occurring to customs processing.
Once an item leaves our warehouse and is handed to the carrier, the shipping process is the responsibility of the carrier.
NOTE: We do not accept returns for custom made orders. If you have any issue with your order please contact us and we will send you a replacement.
Our refund/return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
